Fees
(Effective March 1, 2009)

$1200 per day for labor arbitration hearings and study time, plus reasonable travel expenses for travel outside the Seattle area.  Refundable airline tickets are purchased when the case involves air travel. 

Cancellation fee of $1200 per day for each scheduled day that is cancelled with less than thirty (30) days notice prior to the hearing date.  In computing the thirty-day notice period the day of the scheduled hearing shall not be counted.  The fee is split equally unless the parties specifically agree otherwise.  For multi-day hearings, the cancellation fee applies to all scheduled hearing days if the hearing is cancelled with less than thirty (30) days notice prior to the first scheduled day. Airline change fees (approximately $100) and hotel cancellation fees will be charged if applicable.

For mediation and employment arbitration cases, the fee is $250 per hour plus reasonable travel expenses.
