Joe Duffy has worked in the field of labor/management relations since 1977. In 1993, he became a full-time labor arbitrator and mediator. He has heard and decided labor arbitration cases throughout the Western United States in a wide variety of industries and employment settings.

In his practice, he is committed to conducting fair and orderly hearings and issuing clearly-written, timely awards. In 2001 the National Academy of Arbitrators admitted him to membership. He serves on a number of permanent labor arbitration panels in both the public and private sectors.
